Bachelor of Arts, also known as a BA, AB, or B.A., comes from the Latin baccalaureus artium, baccalaureus in artibus, or artium baccalaureus, and is granted for completion of an undergraduate programme in the arts or, sometimes other disciplines. Bachelor's degree course duration varies depending on the degree and the university, but it can be completed in three or four years.

The full form of the BA is Bachelor of Arts. The BA course is one of the highly demanding three-year undergraduate arts programmes available.
